Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)
Last updated: February 13, 2026
Welcome to Blaze! This document serves as both the Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Blaze mobile application ("App") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using Blaze, you agree to be bound by this agreement in its entirety.
1. Acceptance of Terms and License Agreement
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Blaze, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA), as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately stop using the App and delete it from your device.
This EULA is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Blaze ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App strictly in accordance with this agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blaze. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Sparks (virtual currency) or request cashouts. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
3. Account Registration
To use Blaze, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. User Content and Community Standards
You retain ownership of content you post on Blaze. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.
4.1 Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
Blaze has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and account action up to and including permanent ban:
- Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activities
- Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected group
- Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or targeted abuse of other users
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Spam, malware, phishing, or deceptive content
- Content that violates the privacy of others, including sharing personal information without consent
- Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
4.2 Content Filtering and Moderation
Blaze employs automated content filtering systems that screen user-generated content for objectionable material. Content that violates our guidelines is automatically flagged and may be removed without notice. All user reports are reviewed within 24 hours and appropriate action is taken, including content removal, account warnings, temporary mutes, suspensions, or permanent bans.
4.3 Reporting and Blocking
All users can report objectionable content and abusive users directly within the app. You can also block any user to immediately prevent them from viewing your content, sending you messages, or interacting with your posts. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and automated systems to ensure a safe community.
4.4 Consequences for Violations
Users who violate these community standards will face escalating consequences:
- First offense: Warning and content removal
- Second offense: 24-hour account mute (cannot post, comment, or send messages)
- Third offense: 7-day account mute
- Severe or repeated violations: Account suspension or permanent ban
Users who are ejected from the platform for violating these terms will have their accounts permanently terminated and will be prohibited from creating new accounts. Severe violations (illegal content, threats of violence, exploitation) will result in immediate permanent ban without prior warning.
5. Streak System, Levels, and Rewards
Blaze features a streak, level, and rewards system. While we strive to maintain accurate tracking:
- Streaks are based on daily posting activity
- XP and level progression (Spark, Ember, Blaze, Inferno, Legend, GOAT) are tracked within the app
- XP, level badges, and rewards are virtual and have no monetary value on their own
- Higher levels unlock perks including increased gift receiving bonuses (see Section 6)
- We reserve the right to modify the rewards system, level requirements, and associated perks at any time
6. Virtual Currency (Sparks & Flames)
Blaze uses a dual virtual currency system: Sparks are purchased by viewers to send gifts, and Flames are earned by creators when they receive gifts. These are separate currencies with distinct purposes.
6.1 Purchasing Sparks
- Sparks are a virtual currency that can be purchased exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
- All Spark purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
- Sparks have no real-world monetary value to the purchasing user and cannot be redeemed for cash by the purchaser.
- Sparks cannot be transferred, traded, or sold between accounts except through the in-app gifting feature.
- We reserve the right to modify Spark pricing and package sizes at any time.
6.2 Sending Gifts with Sparks
- Users may spend Sparks to send virtual gifts to other users (creators) during live rooms, in direct messages, or on user profiles.
- Once a gift is sent, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed or refunded.
- When a gift is sent, the sender's Sparks are deducted and the recipient receives Flames equal to the gift's value, plus any applicable level bonus multiplier based on their current level.
- Level bonuses: Blaze level (+5%), Inferno (+10%), Legend (+15%), GOAT (+25%). Spark and Ember levels receive no bonus.
- We reserve the right to modify level bonus rates at any time.
6.3 Creator Cashout (Flames)
- Creators who have received Flames from gifts sent by other users may request to cash out their Flames for real money.
- Only Flames earned from receiving gifts are eligible for cashout. Sparks you purchased cannot be cashed out.
- The cashout exchange rate is 1,000 Flames = $5.00 USD. After Apple's 30% cut on purchases, Blaze retains a small platform fee and passes the majority to creators.
- The minimum cashout amount is 5,000 Flames ($25.00 payout).
- Cashout requests are processed to your chosen payout method (PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App).
- Processing times may vary. We aim to process cashout requests within 5-10 business days, but delays may occur.
- We reserve the right to review, delay, or reject any cashout request if we suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violations of these terms.
- We reserve the right to modify the cashout exchange rate, platform fee percentage, minimum cashout amount, and available payout methods at any time with reasonable notice.
- You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from cashout payments. We may report payouts to tax authorities as required by applicable law.
- We are not a bank, financial institution, or money services business. Flames are not deposits, and cashout functionality does not create a debtor-creditor relationship.
6.4 Account Termination and Virtual Currency
- If your account is terminated for violations of these terms, any remaining Sparks and Flames may be forfeited without refund or payout.
- If you voluntarily delete your account, you should cash out any eligible Flames before deletion. Unclaimed Sparks and Flames will be forfeited upon account deletion.
7. Blaze Live (Audio/Video Rooms)
- Blaze Live allows users to create and participate in real-time audio and video rooms.
- Room hosts are responsible for moderating content within their rooms.
- Users must not broadcast illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content during live sessions.
- We reserve the right to terminate any live room at any time for violations of these terms.
- XP earned from live room participation is subject to anti-farming measures and daily limits.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use bots or automated systems to interact with the app
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate streaks, rewards, XP, Sparks, or Flames
- Impersonate other users or entities
- Engage in gift cycling, Spark/Flame farming, or any scheme to artificially inflate balances for cashout purposes
- Use the cashout system for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Provide false or misleading information when requesting a cashout
- Circumvent anti-fraud measures or exploit bugs in the virtual currency system
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any remaining Sparks and Flames may be forfeited (see Section 6.4). You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
10. Disclaimers
Blaze is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities. We do not guarantee any specific level of earnings from the cashout system. Past gift receipts are not indicative of future earnings.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaze and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to: loss of Sparks or Flames due to account termination, delays in cashout processing, changes to exchange rates or platform fees, or third-party payment processing issues.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Blaze shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes, particularly those affecting virtual currency, cashout rates, or financial terms, through in-app notifications and by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
